Learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR

Trentham Neighbourhood Centre

Description

Learn CPR and how to use a defib (AED) with simple hands-on guidance from Ambulance Victoria, followed by a free morning tea. Ever wondered what you’d do if someone collapsed in front of you? Join Ambulance Victoria for a relaxed, hands-on session where you’ll learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest and confidently use a defibrillator (AED). This “Push Shock” familiarisation workshop breaks things down in a simple, practical way, so you walk away knowing exactly what to do in those critical first minutes. No experience needed, no pressure, just real skills that could help save a life. After the session, stick around for a free morning tea and a chance to chat with paramedics and other locals. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence, ask questions, and connect with your community.
