This class will use yoga postures to guide the mind into relaxation. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners, the session uses yoga and qi gong breathing exercises as a tool for calming the mind. Instructor Yong Kuo has been teaching yoga and qi gong for over 25 years. BYO Yoga mat if possible
