THE ENGLISH AUSTRALIAN COUNTRY GARDEN WITH KAZIMIRS KRASOVSKIS Theory is taught at TNC followed by a garden visit to demonstrate course concepts. Historical influences Example gardens in England and Australia Garden features such as herbaceous borders, lawns and hedges Present and future country gardens Kaz Krasovskis’ love of plants, gardens and design has seen him play a wide range of roles in the Australian horticultural community. After completing initial tertiary studies in Melbourne, career highlights have included a year working in gardens in Europe including ‘Great Dixter’ and ‘Hermannshof’, and creating a prize winning display garden at the ‘Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show’. He now runs a thriving design practice and writes a monthly column for the local ‘Trentham Trumpet’ magazine. Kaz has just recently begun the process of renovating, restoring and creating gardens for his Victorian-era farmhouse called ‘Lisieux’.
