Please join fermenting enthusiast Meg Ulman in this hands-on workshop, and learn how to preserve the bounty of the summer months and embellish it with health-giving probiotic goodness. Come along and learn how to make your own wild-fermented drinks and pickles. Meg Ulman facilitates Daylesford Culture Club, a free monthly fermentation workshop, where fermenters of all passions and experience make things together such as cheese, sourdough, wine, mead, vinegar, pickles, sodas, kimchi and seasonal medicinal ferments.
