Description

Yong will introduce qi gong therapeutic breathing exercises, mindfulness yoga postures for relaxation and to prepare ourselves for a meditative state of mind. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners as the session explores using yoga and qi gong breathing exercises as a tool for calming the mind. Instructor : Yong Kuo has been teaching yoga and qi gong for over 25 years. After 2 years training in the monastery of Burma and Thailand in 97-98, he returned to Melbourne to teach yoga and qi gong. He has recently moved to the Trentham area.
