Reformer Pilates is a total body workout that builds strength and endurance using a Reformer Pilates machine. A dynamic form of exercise that builds core strength while testing stability with a rolling carriage and resistance springs. Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates, or you’re after a class that will allow you to work on your form and mind-body connection, this is the class for you.
