Special General Meeting

Our Incorporated Association needs to amend our Constitution to meet changed Australian Charities and Not For Profit Commission (ACNC) and Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) requirements.    The proposed changes in the Rules are based on the modified CAV 2023 Model Rules that were introduced in November 2023, plus other changes recommended by ACNC to ensure the organisation is able to maintain its charitable status and ATO tax exemptions.
