About the Event

Women from Trentham and surrounding districts are invited to take time out for themselves at the first-ever Trentham Women’s Wellbeing Day. Participants can choose from a range of workshops and presentations designed specifically around the topics local women have told organisers matter most. A delicious lunch and morning & afternoon tea included and show bags!.


Keynote Speakers:

Susan Marryatt, Registered Mental Health Social Worker & Psychotherapist.

Keynote Session: Better Sleep, Less Stress. More Life!

Susan brings 30 years of experience in mental health, family violence, addictions treatment and trauma counselling to her session exploring positive management of stress and anxiety, how to set yourself up for better, restorative sleep and taking the steps to enjoy life and thrive as an older woman.


Sarah Gray, Pharmacist, Nutritionist and Perimenopause Specialist, Daylesford.
